Orbitwire is a static news site. You can read everything without creating an account.
What stays on your device
The feed uses your browser’s localStorage only for session UX — for example remembering
your last visit time, which cards you’ve already seen in this browser, and any soft session goal you pick
(caught up / 8 cards / 5 minutes). That data never leaves your browser: we don’t upload it, sell it, or
use it for advertising today.
What we don’t run today
We do not currently load third-party analytics SDKs (no Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar in our JavaScript). Server logs from our host (Cloudflare) may retain standard request metadata for security and reliability — that’s infrastructure, not a product analytics dashboard we operate.
RSS
A public feed is available at /feed.xml. Fetching it is between you and your reader app; Orbitwire doesn’t track individual subscribers.
Ads we may add later
We may later show ads through Google AdSense or a similar network. If that happens, third-party cookies or similar technologies may be used to serve and measure ads, and Google’s (or the chosen partner’s) privacy policy will apply to that activity in addition to this page. We’ll update this policy when ads go live so the wording matches reality.
